Position Summary
The ServiceNow Platform Owner is a senior leader responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and vision realization of the ServiceNow platform within an organization. This role acts as a bridge between business objectives and platform capabilities, ensuring ServiceNow delivers measurable outcomes, aligns with enterprise priorities, and evolves to meet changing needs.

Work you'll do
- Articulates vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing the platform.
- Establish platform governance, including policies for development, change management, security, and compliance
- Proactively suggests opportunities to maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform investment
- Develops a multi-year roadmap incorporating business requests and ServiceNow product upgrades and communicates to leadership
- Participates in the review of roadmaps of interfacing tools and understands their impact on the ServiceNow platform
- Serves as the primary point of contact for business leaders, IT, and executive sponsors
- Maintains relationships between Business areas and other IT solutions
- Accountable for the strategy to shape, stimulate and identify business demand for investments that will yield high business value
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow modules and features, ensuring users realize intended business value
- Coordinate with ServiceNow, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to maximize platform capabilities and support
- Champion ongoing optimization of ServiceNow processes, integrations, and user-experience
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Conduct and lead:
- Platform Strategy sessions
- Platform Future roadmap sessions
- Platform, Foundation Data, and Integration JAD Sessions
- Integration Sprint Planning sessions
- Strategic Platform Governance board
The successful candidate will possess:
Domain Expertise:
- Experience with IT architecture, infrastructure and cloud development
- Understanding of platform capabilities, best practices, ServiceNow's platform and product roadmap, assessment of business requirements, and effort estimates
- Collaboration with process owners, businesses, and product teams to identify re-usable components and define new data models that meet business requirements
- Collaboration with enterprise architecture and data governance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards as well as advocate for how ServiceNow capabilities should be leveraged across the enterprise

Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology focusing on ServiceNow Development, Administration, and/or Architecture
- 2+ years of recent experience leading ServiceNow platform strategy sessions, roadmaps, processes as it relates to data integrity and capabilities within ServiceNow
- 2+ years of experience managing people and processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least 1 additional ServiceNow Certification including but not limited to: ServiceNow-Adopting a Platform Owner Mindset, ServiceNow- Platform Analytics Overview, ServiceNow-Responsive Dashboards Overview
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant professional work experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Understanding of SDLC best practices, network administration and system and data security
- Experience defining standards (for naming, structuring, importing, filtering, etc.) for platform tables, data and processes.
- Commitment to staying current with ServiceNow releases, certifications, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of regulatory framework, security standards, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ability to quickly process complex information in the context of overall business strategy and propose how ServiceNow components can enhance the process.
- Utilizes team collaboration to shape business solutions efficiently and alignment them with CTA
- Ability to engage and influence senior leaders, business units, and technical teams.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,000 to $218,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
