Senior Services Support Associate, Talent Processes and Business Support

The Recruiting Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the campus recruiting process. Working directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to help with all aspects of the recruiting process (requisition management, interviews, event planning, offers, data management and compliance). The Recruiting Coordinator is essential to providing a world class experience for all those involved.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Services Support Associate, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Coordination team, you will be responsible for...

  • Coordinate campus-hire interviews and recruiting events, including candidate outreach, interview scheduling, space procurement, candidate travel, conferences, and interview days.
  • Maintain applicant status updates and final candidate dispositions in the applicant tracking system, with input from recruiters; draft and post job requisitions; and escalate system-specific issues.
  • Collect required forms and documentation, including transcripts, resumes, and offer-approval materials; generate offer letters; coordinate pre-employment checks; and monitor onboarding completion in partnership with Onboarding.
  • Manage event support, payment processing, Talent Acquisition communications, sign-on bonus requests, expense and reimbursement requests, and hiring-detail entry.
  • Partner with Business Recruiting on requisition-specific tasks and special projects; provide responsive support and follow-through to recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

The team

The Coordination team sits within the Business Recruiting team which is part of the Talent Acquisition organization. The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business function and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or recruiting
  • Experience tracking data or using online applicant tracking systems, such as Avature
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience working for a professional services firm
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $42,700 - $71,100.
