Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager in Chicago, Illinois.

Work You'll Do
Oversee the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based information technology project solutions that address clients' next generational needs; create effective IT visions, strategies, and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating, and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Manage day-to-day information technology project interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Lead the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

  • 50% Travel required nationally
  • Telecommuting permitted

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Overseeing the design and implementation of data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Informatica and SQL, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting;
  • Leading Cloud Salesforce professional services teams that specialize in Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Salesforce Billing;
  • Leading and implementing business transformation initiatives utilizing Salesforce;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio and Hybrid Agile Methodology; and
  • Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications, utilizing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Hybrid Agile Methodology.

Annual Salary: $214,365.00 - $292,900.00.
