Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Work You'll Do
Lead SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Direct the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote SAP knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and 4 years of experience in a job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and 6 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 4 years of experience in the following:
- Leading business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), eminence, and point of view development;
- Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;
- Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and organizing and leading pursuit teams;
- Leading engagements, evaluating client's business and modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), SAP Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Enable Now, Syniti, and SNP CrystalBridge;
- Leading global project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, using Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision (RAID), Change Management methodology, Agile methodology, Tableau, Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow;
- Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations, and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements, using data visualization and project management tools, including Jupiter, Jira, HP ALM, MS Excel, and MS SharePoint;
- Leading and managing large SAP MDG implementations and using SAP Brownfield and SAP Greenfield approaches for data conversion in the Energy, Telecom, and Consumer industries.
