Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- DoD Installation Management.
- Building Afloat and Ashore Fielding/Work Plans requirements definition as found in the Consolidated Advanced Planning Suite (CAPS) and Integrated Data Environment & Repository (SPIDER) installation databases.
- Working with Program Offices Assistant Program Managers, Baseline Managers, Platform Integration Managers, Advanced Planners, Execution Managers, Design Center, SCD Submitters, Business Financial Managers (BFMs), Contracts personnel, and Regional Shore Installation Managers (RSIMs).
- Developing the fielding plans and managing weekly schedules, aligning to Synchronized Fielding Plan (SFP) for interoperability with network and other connected systems.
- Managing and identifying changes to the PMW Estimate for alterations, adjusting the estimate based on numerous factors.
- Prepare installation demand signal for LANT and PAC alterations.
- Review and validate IMO Cost Estimate.
- Building deliverables for alterations, entering estimates in the Cost Spend Plan (CSP), entering Advanced Coordinated Fielding Plan (ACFP) requests in CAPS for both afloat and ashore Installation jobs and Design Services Allocation (DSA) tasks, entering job scopes/Fleet Requirements Certification Board (FRCB) deliverables, and proactively moving afloat and ashore installation jobs through the queues in SPIDER. Interacting with the ISEA and PST for installation planning and execution.
- Conducting risk/trend analysis and constructing performance metrics to validate installation readiness and identify installations warranting special attention/action.
- Identifying and tracking installation issues; recommending proposed courses of corrective action
- Tracking, monitoring, facilitating resolution, closing out and delivering installation deliverables
- Developing and generating ad-hoc SPIDER reports and planning/installation briefings based on tailored requirements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active DoD Secret clearance required
- 10+ years experience in the DoD environment supporting DoD Program Management of Maritime Systems
- 10+ years experience in Systems Analysis and installment management
- Experience in integrated data environment & Repository (SPIDER) installation databases
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
