Senior Consultant - SAP Analytics

• Support end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics solutions-including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting, SAP HANA modeling, and integrated analytics with SAP S/4HANA-by contributing to solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into system designs and technical specifications.
• Participate in the design, development, and optimization of planning models, advanced reports, and dashboards using SAC, Analysis for Office, Business Objects, and Power BI, meeting complex business and regulatory reporting needs.
• Support business development activities by gathering relevant information, preparing supporting materials, and assisting with the formatting and review of proposals and presentations
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in team forums and helping develop tools or templates to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with SAP's latest solutions by participating in training and continuous learning opportunities to support business transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting, SAP HANA modeling, and SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics projects
• Experience with SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), SAP Analysis for Office, and SAP Data Services / BODS.
• Direct participation in all phases (requirements through deployment) of at least 2 SAP Analytics end-to-end implementation projects.
• Experience with reporting and dashboarding using Power BI (especially SAP data sources)
• 2+ years' of experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 1 SAP end-to-end full lifecycle implementation
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementation
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana
• Previous experience working directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm
• Signavio experience
• SAP Analytics Cloud certification or equivalent specialization

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
