Work You'll Do

As a Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Domain Vice President on the project, you will:

  • Shape and sell supply chain and logistics transformation opportunities, especially within the transportation sector.
  • Lead executive conversations, opportunity strategy, solutioning, proposal development, and pursuit orchestration.
  • Advise clients on modernization of mission-critical supply chain, logistics, warehouse, transportation, inventory, asset, and sourcing systems.
  • Lead systems-enabled transformation programs from strategy and roadmap development through implementation and stabilization.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and drive measurable operational and financial outcomes.
  • Translate business operational needs into practical technology solutions across complex federal environments.
  • Support large deal delivery as a senior leader, issue resolver, and transformation advisor.
  • Mentor practitioners and help build Deloitte's technology-enabled SCNO capability and market eminence.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in supply chain transformation, with significant experience leading systems-enabled transformation.
  • 20+ years of demonstrated expertise in several of the following: demand planning, supply planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, or network optimization within the transportation sector.
  • 10+ years of experience in selling and shaping work, including executive conversations, proposals, solutioning, and pursuit leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large transformation programs, establishing governance, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading end-to-end supply chain transformation from strategy through implementation.
  • Existing relationships with platform alliances, client executives, or industry ecosystem partners in the transportation sector.
  • Experience creating assets, accelerators, offerings, or eminence for market differentiation in the transportation sector.
  • Transportation Sector depth and experience delivering supply chain logistics IT systems in 1-2 other federal agencies
