Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will:

• Plan, execute, and manage data migration activities during SAP implementation or upgrade projects
• Leverage strong knowledge of SAP data structures in relevant modules (such as FI/CO and FM)
• Work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to understand data sources, define data mapping and transformation requirements, ensure data quality and integrity, and support testing and validation efforts to enable a smooth and successful transition to the SAP environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting large-scale SAP system upgrades and migrations
• 4+ years experience mapping and converting data from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• 1+ years of SAP functional configuration experience, with emphasis data governance and management
• 1+ years of experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance for this role
• Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
• Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance

Preferred:

• 1+ years experience leading project delivery or mentoring team members
• SAP certification in BASIS, HANA, or related modules
• Cloud platform certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps practices
• Secret Clearance or above
