Salesforce Implementation Project Manager
Position Summary

Work You'll Do
- Project Management: Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle-from planning, discovery, and design to configuration, testing, and deployment-ensuring solutions align with business requirements and established timelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with workstream leads and client stakeholders to modernize housing and sheltering workflows, and dynamic assessment modules for seamless service delivery and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business and technical leaders to define program requirements, prioritize deliverables, and communicate project progress, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving modernization goals.
- Program Impact: Direct design and implementation of integrated public sector housing and sheltering platform, automating workflows and improving service delivery, compliance, and accessibility for high-need populations.
- Platform Enablement: Oversee delivery of sprint demos and tailored training sessions to drive user adoption and showcase new Salesforce capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify ways to optimize business processes and elevate system performance through automation, and user feedback.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of combined experience within federal operations, analysis, and strategy
- 1+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years of public sector housing platform integration with Salesforce experience
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Master's Degree
- PMP Certification
- 1+ years of experience with design systems
- 1+ years of experience with financial modeling
