Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will serve as a dynamic Salesforce Architect & Integrator, leveraging robust infrastructure engineering skills and deep experience in cloud environments and ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding an enterprise ServiceNow instance within a cloud environment, with a focus on load balancing, application deployment, and supporting a growing suite of ServiceNow services. The ideal candidate will possess advanced DevOps and integration/deployment expertise, as well as intermediate proficiency in AWS Compute.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • AWS Compute - Intermediate: Demonstrated ability to configure, manage, and optimize AWS Compute services such as EC2, Lambda, and Elastic Beanstalk. Experience with provisioning, scaling, and monitoring cloud-based resources. Familiarity with security best practices and cost management within AWS environments.
  • DevOps - Advanced: Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline. Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficient in monitoring, logging, and incident response for cloud-based applications. Ability to drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and system reliability.
  • Integration and Deployment - Advanced: Proven experience integrating diverse platforms and applications, particularly within cloud and enterprise environments. Skilled in deploying complex solutions, managing release cycles, and troubleshooting deployment issues. Familiarity with API management, middleware, and orchestration tools. Ability to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
  • Salesforce - Advanced: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and configuration. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration patterns. Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. Proficient in data migration, security model configuration, and performance optimization within Salesforce.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
