Real Property Accountability Specialist

Position Summary

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Review and validate real property documentation (leases, deeds, surveys, CAD drawings, transfer/sale records) for assets and easements.
• Create new records in the system of record (SAM), ensuring key terms (dates, options, parties, rent) match source documents.
• Generate ad-hoc SAM reports to support analysis, tracking, and data quality checks.
• Manage and organize electronic and physical records (SharePoint/Teams libraries, scanning, folder creation) to improve accessibility and audit readiness.
• Verify ongoing data accuracy (e.g., OPFAC and lessor/grantor details) and support timely lease payment tracking; identify process improvements and coordinate implementation with the team.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years experience in risk and compliance in support of federal production facilities
• 2+ years experience in facility management with a focus in real property assets
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
• Reside within a commutable distance to the client site in Miami, Florida

Preferred:

• Active Secret Security clearance
• Master's Degree
