Project Manager- Top Secret Cleared
Position Summary
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
• Identifying strategic gaps, recognizing policy improvement opportunities, and developing comprehensive, integrated solutions.
• Support the team in tracking and reporting to clients on multiple executive priorities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Direct the development, rollout, and improvement of new project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence) and provide support in developing reference documentation.
• Support the entry and tracking of cloud-related spend data within an enterprise financial operations tool.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings (e.g., technical exchanges, status meetings, user sessions).
• Effectively communicate status, next steps, insights, and schedules with cross-functional team members and management.
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials (e.g., memos, papers, presentations) on a weekly and ad hoc basis.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work onsite up to 80%
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira and/or Confluence)
- Experience developing user requirements for Agile development (Epics, User Stories, etc.)
Preferred:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, modeling, and financial operations skills
- Negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and user involvement skills
- Project management practices, automation, and data visualization on large government software or data analytics development contracts, as well as experience establishing and iterating on large-scale processes
