Product Manager — Solution Development (Clearance required)
Position Summary

Work You'll Do
- Lead in product discovery and requirements by partnering with the Product Lead to define and refine solution requirements for the Flight Operations domain
- Participate in agile delivery assets, including drafting user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, testable, and aligned to user outcomes
- Support the Product Lead delivery planning with Technical Leads to sequence work, plot delivery on a timeline, and ensure readiness for upcoming sprints
- Interface across teams (design, developers/engineering, and product) to remove ambiguity, clarify intent, and keep delivery moving
- Test completed features to validate acceptance criteria, document defects, and support re-test through closure
- Support maintenance solution artifacts and keep them current, including Personas, Journey maps, Process flows
- Participate in sprint execution by collaborating as needed to deliver software increments within sprint cadences

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience supporting product management or business analysis for software delivery in an agile environment (Scrum or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with feature testing (e.g., functional testing, UAT support) and defect tracking
- Ability to create and maintain personas, journey maps, and process flows to communicate requirements and user needs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and technical leads
- Experience delivering solutions on or alongside the Salesforce platform
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
