Position Summary

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

The role involves supporting a financial services client with their product management needs, specifically within the Generative AI (GenAI) team. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring that project milestones are met. The individual will play a key part in guiding the development and implementation of GenAI solutions that align with the client's business objectives. Guide architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and participate in code reviews for robust, maintainable solutions.

  • Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Lead Product teams by setting goals, aligning efforts with business priorities, supporting agile practices, and promoting accountability and transparency.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and career development to build a high-performing engineering team.
  • GenAI Product manager. Digital Transformation, AI Enablement, Customer Success, P&L Management, GTM Strategy
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management, Revenue Growth.
  • Process Mining, KPI Frameworks, ROI Optimization, Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Work with product owners and business analysts to define project scope, translate requirements into actionable tasks, and manage resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders; lead post-mortems and root cause analysis for incidents.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog; ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

  • 9+ years of manager experience including Product Management
  • 9+ years of experience working with GenAI
  • 9+ years of experience within SDLC projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Experience working as a consultant
  • Experience with strategy products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York State and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,550.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
