Work you'll do
As an Organization Design & Effectiveness Consultant, you will support project teams in designing and implementing organizational solutions that drive enhanced business performance. You will contribute to key workstreams, participate in problem-solving, and help deliver best-in-class service by leveraging your analytical and collaborative skills.
You will:
- Support the development and implementation of operating models and organizational strategies, including assisting with the evaluation of current and future state structures and enabling AI-enabled service delivery to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of job architecture frameworks, including supporting the development of job families, job mapping activities, and drafting job descriptions.
- Assist in the formulation and application of compensation strategies, such as base pay, bonus programs, and salary structures, ensuring recommendations align with client needs and enterprise objectives.
- Support workforce transition initiatives, including helping to plan and execute talent migration strategies across various organizational levels.
- Participate in efforts to assign and establish decision-making authority and accountability within roles and group structures, as directed by project leads.
- Apply analytic and visualization tools under supervision to assess employee and financial impacts of design proposals.
- Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to provide input for competitive and actionable design recommendations.
- Collect and analyze HRIS and workforce data to identify improvement opportunities and inform leader decision-making.
- Contribute to project deliverables and milestone achievement by managing assigned tasks within project teams and supporting workstream leads.
- Maintain client reporting accuracy and timeliness by preparing exhibits, executive summaries, and other deliverables as requested.
- Participate in client interviews, focus groups, and workshops to help gather insights and understand strategic priorities.
- Support business development activities by assisting with marketing initiatives, developing eminence content (such as whitepapers), and preparing Statements of Work and proposal materials.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and peers, seeking out feedback, guidance, and learning opportunities to support your professional development.
- Engage in practice development efforts, including culture-building activities and active participation in the internal community.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum two (2) years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role

- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling through project-based experiences using industry-standard tools (such as Orgvue, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel) to communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Demonstrated strong client presence by independently managing project timelines, facilitating workshops or presentations, and effectively guiding stakeholder discussions.
- Successfully contributed to collaborative team projects and delivered individual workstream assignments on deadline, across at least three separate projects or engagements.
- Produced documents and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel, delivering clear verbal and written communications to audiences of varying seniority.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
