Work You'll Do
- Cloud Architecture: Design Oracle cloud-based PaaS solutions, enabling both cloud and hybrid environments with a focus on performance, high availability, disaster recovery, and geographically distributed networks.
- Project Leadership: Plan and manage Cloud Strategy, Cloud Migration, Application Consolidation, and Database Consolidation projects using Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct cloud suitability assessments for applications and databases across large enterprise IT environments.
- Team Management: Lead project teams, manage resources, and provide technical guidance throughout delivery.

Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years designing enterprise IT solutions, including 3+ years on commercial cloud (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 6+ years with Oracle technologies; 3+ years leading Oracle Cloud Integration initiatives (e.g., OIC, SOA Suite).
- 3+ years designing highly available, global cloud architectures and conducting application suitability assessments.
- 3+ years with virtualization/private cloud (e.g., VMware, Xen, OpenStack, Hyper-V) and CI/CD tooling.
- 2+ years implementing API management solutions (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft, OCI API Gateway).
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- 3+ years Oracle database administration (install/patch/upgrade, backup/recovery, tuning, RAC).
- 2+ years with Oracle Engineered Systems or Oracle Cloud@Customer.
- 2+ years applying enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- 2+ years executing data center or cloud migration programs.
- 2+ years infrastructure capacity planning/sizing and cost optimization.
- 1+ year infrastructure automation with DevOps tooling/scripting (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800-$241,000
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
