Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients' success. You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Work You'll Do

As a AI and Data Science Engineer III on the project, you will:

• Oversee end-to-end automation delivery lifecycle, including intake, assessment, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate across functional and technical stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Lead customer engagement and outreach, serving as the primary point of contact to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing program efficiency, scalability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• 3+ years experience in Business Process Design/Re-Design, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and improve operational workflows.
• 2+ years experience in Data Analysis, leveraging data to identify trends, support decisions, and measure program performance.
• 2+ years experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Intermediate), including defining, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
• 3+ years experience in Workflow Management, managing intake, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
