Work You'll Do
- Consult on end-to-end implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Partner with clients to understand their requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions
- Develop and design comprehensive permitting and licensing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices
- Support the customization and configuration of Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications to meet specific client requirements
- Test and support quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of the implemented solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Contribute to the development of business and vendor relationships

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions to include:
- Delivering large-scale Oracle Permitting and Licensing projects within state and local government sectors
- Managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Permitting and Licensing software, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business or a related field
- Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience
