Work You'll Do

• Consult on end-to-end implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Partner with clients to understand their requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions
• Develop and design comprehensive permitting and licensing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices
• Support the customization and configuration of Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications to meet specific client requirements
• Test and support quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of the implemented solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to the development of business and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• 7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions to include:
• Delivering large-scale Oracle Permitting and Licensing projects within state and local government sectors
• Managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Permitting and Licensing software, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Business or a related field
• Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience
