Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Onsite Delivery Manager: Leverage the trust built at Raymond corporation project to expand the support for consolidated AMS project at TMHNA as an onsite delivery manager.
  • AMS Transition: Oversee all aspects of the end-to-end transition process, including knowledge transfer planning, team staffing, KT sessions facilitation, documentation control, and readiness assessments to ensure operational preparedness & smooth transition.
  • Status Tracking & Communication: Monitor and report KT progress, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders through weekly PMO calls. Develop and coordinate resource ramp-up plans in collaboration with Resource Managers (RMs) to meet project requirements.
  • Client Engagement & Backlog Management: Serve as the primary liaison between client IT leadership and Deloitte delivery teams. Facilitate backlog reviews, lead prioritization discussions, and ensure the client's expectations are consistently met.
  • Strategic Project Direction: Provide strategic guidance for project deliverables, ensuring all outcomes are closely aligned with client objectives and are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Integration & Process Improvement: Manage cross-module system integration efforts, identify process optimization initiatives to enhance overall AMS operations.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain trust-based relationships, acting as a credible and reliable partner to client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive AMS stabilization efforts and proactively identify improvement opportunities in line with the "Operate to Innovate" initiative, collaborating with teams to implement enhancements.

The Team

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Customer and Sales Operations
  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of working in, and understanding the SAP environment
  • Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
