Position Summary
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You'll Do
- Partner with finance stakeholders to understand current-state processes and pain points across financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, reporting, and close & consolidation.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process designs for OneStream (or comparable CPM platforms).
- Design and optimize CPM-enabled processes including calendars, workflow, data collection, approvals, controls, and reporting to improve accuracy, timeliness, and auditability.
- Support solution configuration and build by collaborating with technical team members on metadata, forms, workflows, calculations, and report requirements to ensure functional fit.
- Lead testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution, including test scripts, defect triage, validation of outcomes, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Develop training and change enablement materials (job aids, demos, and end-user guidance) and support adoption for finance and business users.
- Support cutover and stabilization by coordinating readiness activities, validating key reports and reconciliations, and assisting with hypercare and user support.

Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
- 2+ years of experience in finance transformation or functional Corporate Performance Management (CPM) roles, supporting financial systems or process improvement initiatives
- 2+ years of functional process experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, reporting, or close & consolidation
- 1+ years experience with OneStream or other major CPM platforms, such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Oracle FCCS
- 1+ years experience gathering business requirements, design and optimize financial processes, and lead testing/user acceptance (UAT) activities throughout project lifecycles
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
