Position Summary

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

  • Architect end-to-end OneStream solutions (Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management) that support key finance processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Lead full life-cycle implementations from requirements and solution design through build, testing, deployment using agile or hybrid-agile delivery practices.
  • Design scalable OneStream application architecture, including security, workflow, business rules, dimensional modeling, and performance optimization aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Integrate OneStream with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP systems, data warehouses, and downstream reporting tools) using appropriate integration patterns, automation, and controls.
  • Establish data management and governance approaches, including data quality checks, reconciliation, auditability, and repeatable operational runbooks.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and analysts, including design reviews, standards, reusable components, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Partner with finance and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into executable solution designs, documenting architecture, configuration decisions, and technical specifications.

Our Business Finance offering enables finance to drive strategic value through transformation and synchronization of planning, costing, budgeting and forecasting across finance and other functions. Using advanced, scalable data and tech platforms, we also generate actionable insights and analytics, streamline decision making and enable data driven profitable growth. Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
  • 3+ years of experience designing and architecting full life-cycle Corporate Performance Management (CPM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within OneStream to enable functional business processes
  • 3+ years of experience integrating EPM/CPM platforms with enterprise systems, such as ERP solutions and data warehousing environments.
  • 2+ years of experience leading implementations within agile or hybrid-agile software development lifecycle
  • Active OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect or Core Platform Architect certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
