OIE Planner, Lead Integration Engineer | TS/SCI

Position Summary

Join Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice to support mission-critical planning and information operations in a dynamic defense environment. In this role, you will help integrate Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) concepts, information capabilities, and strategic communication objectives into campaign and contingency planning. You will work with joint, interagency, and coalition stakeholders to align information capabilities with operational priorities and support informed decision-making.

Work you'll do

As a Project Lead Integration Engineer II on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:

• Integrating OIE lines of effort into theater campaign plans, operational plans, contingency plans, and command directives to support operational objectives.
• Synchronizing joint information capabilities, including Military Information Support Operations, Military Deception, Public Affairs, Key Leader Engagements, Civil Affairs, Operations Security, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Analyzing adversarial information activities and regional dynamics to develop communication approaches, counter-narratives, and operational recommendations.
• Developing and tracking measures of performance and measures of effectiveness to assess OIE activities and support plan refinement.
• Advising military, interagency, and senior leaders through coordination, staff actions, and briefings to align messaging and reduce duplication of effort.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Strategic Communications, Military Studies, or another specified field
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance
• 8+ years of experience conducting Operations in the Information Environment planning at the service or joint level in support of a Geographic Combatant Command or Joint Task Force
• Experience with the Joint Operation Planning Process, Joint Operational Planning and Execution System, Military Decision-Making Process, or Marine Corps Planning Process
• Ability to work 100% onsite at Camp Humphreys, Pyongtaek, Republic of Korea
• Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 to $207,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
