Roles and Responsibilities
This role utilizes your deep understanding of end-to-end network transformation, with a specific emphasis on strategic sourcing and procurement impacts to broader supply chain design. While below is a sample of the role, each unique project will provide you the opportunity to develop and grow your supply chain transformation capabilities.
- Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solutions within sourcing and procurement and network visibility/resiliency
- Lead discussions with business to understand needs and requirements, translating requirements into technical platform functionality, and collaborate with technical architects ensuring technically feasible and scalable technology application solutions
- Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for sourcing and procurement, `network visibility and resiliency/decision intelligence solutions
- Lead project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development
- Advise clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into network design / sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and recommendations for client executives
- Manage multiple workstreams and lead onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment
- Assess category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and cost improvement opportunities
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping to resolve clients' challenges
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both
- 6+ years of experience leading network design, transformation and/or sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain assessments, spend analytics, network optimization, Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management
- Experience leading project teams or workstreams
- Experience utilizing and/or implementing relevant technology applications (e.g., Llamasoft, Coupa, Logility, iValua, etc)
- Experience using analytics, metrics and AI-centric tools/agents
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Strategy, Finance, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Prior Consulting experience
- Relevant software vendor Certifications
- Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
- Experience developing total cost of ownership models
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis and spend analytics
- Experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier risk management
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
