Marketing Strategy Senior Consultant
Position Summary
Deloitte Digital is seeking a Marketing Strategy Senior Consultant to help clients turn business objectives into customer-focused marketing strategies and the functional requirements that bring them to life. This is a strategy-to-delivery role, where you will lead the front end of the work (discovery, marketing funnel audits, journey and campaign design) and continue through requirements, testing, and adoption.
You will work with CMOs, marketing operations leaders, and technology teams on engagements such as marketing operations transformations, campaign and journey redesigns, and martech selection and implementations. You will be equally comfortable facilitating an executive workshop and writing the user stories a development team will build from.
Recruiting for this role ends on January 30, 2027
Work you'll do

- Design lead-nurturing workflows and personalization strategies that connect marketing, sales, and customer data.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and platform requirements for technical and development teams.
- Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer analytics to benchmark results, build the business case, and recommend actions that improve return on investment (ROI).
- Identify where automation and AI-enabled capabilities (predictive segmentation, content generation, next-best-action) can improve marketing performance, and help clients prioritize them in a roadmap.
- Prepare and present executive-ready recommendations, roadmaps, and strategy materials to client leadership.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), functional documentation, change management, and training for client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Lead workstreams and mentor analysts and consultants, and contribute to proposals, reusable assets, and practice growth.

- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
