Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Louisville, Kentucky.
Work You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end information technology project's journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale information technology project data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development information technology project process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Participating in the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients' next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies, and roadmaps utilizing IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint.
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, using requirement-gathering techniques such as interviews, focus groups, workshops, and side-by-sides with end users, utilizing IBM RTC, Azure DevOps, Jira, Balsamiq, and Figma.
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, IBM RTC, Azure DevOps, and MS PowerPoint.
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing instructor-led trainings, case studies, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Overseeing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews.
- Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects utilizing MS Projects, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Mapping current and creating to-be business service flows that help design components for online applications, utilizing MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
