Work you'll do
The Loyalty Management Senior Manager at Deloitte is responsible for leading sales and implementation engagements specifically in the loyalty management consumer sector. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to develop sales strategies, generate market, manage client expectations, assess engagement performance, and ensure successful project delivery. This role will be a primary role in helping develop market (sales) and oversee project plans, monitor quality management processes, all while fostering high-performance teams in a dynamic work environment.
As a Loyalty Management Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead sales activities and go to market efforts for our loyalty management offering
- Lead implementation engagement for loyalty management in various industries including travel/hospitality, food/bev, cpg, retail.
- Assess engagement performance, risks, issues, and impact on solution and service delivery commitments.
- Monitor and control the quality management process and manage expectations.
- Conduct milestone reviews and manage process performance.
- Monitor all issues affecting the team, project, or program and potential risks.
- Manage program/project's financial, resource strategy, and contingency.
- Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
- Build and maintain high-performance teams.
- Support all-sales activities including leading sales calls and proposal development.
The team
Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of experience supporting Loyalty Management/Consumer clients and/or the Consumer Industry.
- 6+ years of experience implementing loyalty solutions
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS).
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Cloud Computing project implementation.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading teams.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build client relationships.
- Passion for using innovative technologies to positively impact business.
- Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms.
- Experience managing multi-shore projects.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,000 to $307,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
