Lead Specialist, Employer Brand & Marketing
Position Summary
The Recruitment Brand & Marketing (RB&M) Lead Specialist supports the RB&M Campus Manager to identify and develop strategic talent attraction plans and marketing campaigns to help build brand awareness and a pipeline of campus talent for high priority needs. They will help drive the Deloitte brand in the external market by designing recruitment marketing campaign content to be used across a variety of channels and events - keeping the student job seeker audience top of mind. With oversight from the Manager, the Specialist will develop content and design campaign marketing assets to be shared on Deloitte branded channels as well as indirectly by our Deloitte professionals through their networks.

- Support the Manager and RB&M team with green dot campus campaigns, including cross-business campus materials, digital advertising campaigns, video projects, etc.
- Collaborate with the Manager and campus recruiting team to support the branding needs of campus programs, such as leadership conferences
- Develop ad hoc content to promote Deloitte culture and accolades (i.e. presentations, infographics, blog articles, email templates, social copy, flyers) to deliver through our corporate channels as well as through our employees
- Conduct interviews with internal resources to source and produce content that provides an inside look into life at Deloitte
- Develop internal communications in support of RB&M priority initiatives
- Design digital creative assets in line with Deloitte brand standards, voice and editorial guidelines
- Execute paid social campaigns that support business recruitment and brand needs
- Support the Manager in driving video projects and ideation around short form video content
- Lead and support various other strategic RB&M initiatives
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in recruiting, digital communications, social media and/or marketing roles
- Experience executing multiple deliverables / projects simultaneously
- Experience working with data/metrics and leveraging data to inform strategy
- Experience in a creative or design-oriented role, developing communications that engage and inspire action utilizing a variety of digital channels
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint design and Word
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Knowledge of campus recruiting processes and communications
- Experience managing Sharepoint sites and Teams channels
- Experience with social media management and tools, including LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Creative agency experience or experience working with multiple clients or organizations
- Technical skills: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), experience in website design and understanding of UX principles
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
