Position Summary
We're looking for a strategic, creative-minded marketer with a passion for sports to help support the strategic approach of our current and future sponsorship portfolio. Deloitte US national sponsorships deliver memorable activities and impactful brand messaging, showcase Deloitte capabilities, create opportunities for exceptional practitioner experiences, and help deepen client relationships.

Work You'll Do
This role will support key areas of the Deloitte US sponsorship team, serving as a subject matter expert on developing and assessing plans to help drive objectives through sponsorships:
- Portfolio Strategy
- Support ongoing assessment of Deloitte's current and future sponsorship investments, including:
- Development of evaluation and valuations of new opportunities
- White space analysis
- Maintaining database of inquiries
- Support areas of negotiation process of new opportunities and renewals, including asset identification
- Support ongoing assessment of Deloitte's current and future sponsorship investments, including:
- Sponsorship Insights & Measurement
- Build, maintain, monitor and optimize ongoing sponsorship insights to help inform sponsorship activation strategy, portfolio strategy, and real-time assessment. Areas include:
- Syndicated research on target audiences related to sponsorships
- Ongoing competitive research and insights
- Assessment and implementation of vendors to support logo analysis and other bespoke measurement
- Collaborate closely with Senior Manager, property leads and other stakeholders on overall sponsorship measurement and ongoing reporting
- Build, maintain, monitor and optimize ongoing sponsorship insights to help inform sponsorship activation strategy, portfolio strategy, and real-time assessment. Areas include:
- Cross-Sponsorship Activation & Planning
- Manage key existing activations that run across multiple sponsorships (e.g., sports AOI newsletters, Sponsorship Spotlight)
- Maintain ongoing calendar of full sponsorship activation, while keeping a pulse on areas of saturation and opportunity
- In accordance with ongoing strategic approach, develop and activate new cross-sponsorship strategic campaigns, tactics & initiatives
- Determine areas of opportunity to pull through specific sponsorships to activate around other sponsorships
- Sponsorship-Specific Activation Strategy & Planning
- Work together with Sponsorship Activation & Portfolio Strategy Leader and sponsorship-specific team members to develop initial overarching activation strategy and plan for the year or season across all current and future areas of the sponsorship portfolio including soccer, tennis, golf, Olympics and Paralympics, motorsports, and culinary
- New Sponsorships Onboarding
- For net new sponsorships, support overall onboarding and initial activation planning and production
- Ad Hoc
- Lead additional projects and initiatives
- Support ongoing leadership requests

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sports or sponsorships
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, project management, and integrated marketing
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; excellent attention to detail
- Passion for sponsorship, brand and marketing disciplines, with strong writing and collaboration skills
- Passion for sports and understanding of sports marketing
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex threads of work; ability to work in a virtual environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
This role within Deloitte Services LP is in connection with an anticipated business need related to the Sports SGM investment. At this time the Sports SGM investment and the related business need is expected to run multiple years, although this may change at any time.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80400 to $165000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
