Work You'll Do
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the environments used for software and system testing. This position involves configuring and managing test systems, optimizing network and server performance, enabling automation initiatives, and providing accurate infrastructure documentation. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure test environments for diverse software and system projects; Monitor and sustain network performance, proactively addressing technical issues; Document network architecture and maintain current infrastructure diagrams; Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and connectivity problems; Assist in automating the deployment of software to test environments; Collaborate with test and development team members to ensure seamless test operations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be local to the Colorado Springs, CO area and able to come onsite 5 days a week.
- CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II certification is required.
- 3+ years of the following experience with:
- Linux and Windows operating systems
- Networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Dell server management, particularly with OpenManage tools
- Experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS
- Virtualization technologies such as VMware and Proxmox
- IT automation tools for configuration management, software deployment, and orchestration (e.g., Ansible)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) are an advantage
- Cisco networking expertise is strongly preferred; relevant Cisco certifications are highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in documenting technical information clearly and thoroughly
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
