As a Pursuit Coordinator you will have responsibility across multiple, concurrent projects. This position is characterized by shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, last minute requirements, and occasional evening/weekend hours to accomplish task within non-negotiable client deadlines.   • Assist the Pursuit Managers with the development and maintenance of proposal management tools / templates by analyzing RFPs and helping to determine appropriate response formats
  • Properly interpret solicitation requirements governing document organization and production
  • Direct design and production support to create and consistently apply templates, formats, and styles per solicitation requirements, GPS guidelines, and Deloitte U.S. Firms' standards
  • Provide accurate and timely communications regarding document status, proposal team meetings, and formal reviews
  • Work closely with designers, writers, compliance, and editors to provide direction, track status, and maintain schedules
  • Manage specific sections of large proposal (e.g., small business volume) and manage smaller proposals, as appropriate
  • Update graphics with minor edits (i.e., typos, name changes) and support desktop publishing
  • Utilize proposal management collaboration tools proficiently, such as Microsoft Office products and Teams sites
  • Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools-such as Copilot and similar platforms-to enhance content development, streamline coordination activities, and improve overall team efficiency
  • Plan and coordinate the final production activities, including digital delivery (considering file size, naming convention, etc.)
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism through actions and communication, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain compliance with solicitation instructions, including deadlines, formatting, submission, delivery, and production
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all related deliverables to confirm accuracy and consistency

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Federal Government proposal development lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience with document development procedures
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 2+ years of experience working with the following tools: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Excellent communicator - both written and oral

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
