Work You'll Do
As a Manager you will:
- Lead client workshops with C-suite, supply chain, operations, and technology stakeholders to surface cross-functional trade-offs and design governance frameworks.
- Manage solution delivery through activities including process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, establishing performance metrics and new policies, testing, and knowledge management.
- Apply deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills, including optimization methods and financial computations.
- Work with advanced eProcurement technology solutions and tools such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
- Lead and contribute to business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and industry conference participation.
Qualifications
10+ years of Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience or 6+ years of experience implementing eProcurement technology solutions (solution design, install, configuration, setup, and upgrades) like Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
- 5+ years of experience with Procurement strategy and process transformation: including sourcing, procurement roadmap assessment, experience and/or implementing digital procurement technologies, process mapping, business process review, and reporting and analytics.
- Experience with two or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, strategy and operational procurement, requirements analysis, sourcing, contracts / CLM, supplier & catalog enablement, PR/PO/Receipts, Invoice/OCR/Payments and vendor/supplier management.
- Experience using analytics and metrics to assess supply chain performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions.
- Team lead experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics. - Advanced Degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics. [FLAG: Acceptable; consider specifying MS/MBA/PhD.]
- 1+ years prior consulting experience supply chain/eProcurement
- Experience presenting on complex topics to client executive audience
- Skills in data mining and handling and processing large volumes of data.
- Experience presenting mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 - $265,600
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
