Work You'll Do

As a CRM Functional Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will help clients enhance their business processes by designing and delivering integrated solutions, leading a focused workstream within a broader multidisciplinary project team. You will oversee and drive the success of your workstream, ensuring solutions meet technical, operational, and user requirements while guiding and mentoring both onshore and offshore team members to facilitate effective collaboration and skill development. Your expertise will contribute to the overall project, aligning workstream activities with broader project goals and timelines. In this role, you will build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, managing day-to-day expectations and maintaining clear communication within your area of responsibility. You will be expected to effectively explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences, ensuring alignment and stakeholder buy-in, as well as developing clear, well-structured presentations and process diagrams using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Demonstrated 3+ years designing conceptual and technical architectures for enterprise solutions, including Dataverse security model implementation
  • Hands-on 4+ years of experience utilizing Power Platform and broader Microsoft cloud technologies (such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Office 365) to address business requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and extending Dataverse solutions through custom Plugin development, JavaScript, Azure Functions, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) for at least 3 engagements
  • Completed multiple data migrations and integrations using tools such as Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services across at least 3 projects
  • Practical 2+ years of experience with modern DevOps practices, including management of content repositories, version control (such as Git), and implementation of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines
  • Demonstrated administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, including successful deployment and maintenance of Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit in production environments
  • Advanced technical proficiency with C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell across client-facing projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google) and CRM applications (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow)
  • Strong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, exercising mature judgment
  • Commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Skilled at developing an understanding of customers' business and project scope

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $208,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
