Work you'll do
The Digital Signage and AV Asset Analyst is responsible for managing the content schedule, configuration, and performance of digital signage and maintaining the audiovisual (AV) assets catalog at Deloitte University.
This is an in-office role which works 100% onsite (five days a week) at our Westlake, TX Deloitte location.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle and inventory of all audiovisual (AV) assets across Deloitte University.
- Monitor asset performance to ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain thorough documentation of asset details, procedures, and incident resolution.
- Provide content management, technical support and troubleshooting for all digital signage
- Analyze digital signage usage data to generate reports and actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital signage with business needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Asset Management:
- Track, inventory, and report status for all digital signage and AV equipment.
- Monitor hardware/software compliance, schedule maintenance, and document asset changes
Performance Analytics:
- Analyze usage data and system logs to assess AV asset utilization and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and present asset performance reports and recommendations for management.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for digital signage, providing level 2/3 support.
- Diagnose issues, escalate complex problems to vendors, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Deployment & Configuration:
- Support the deployment, upgrade, and configuration of digital signage, including software/firmware updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Consult end users, facility teams, IT staff, and vendors to ensure alignment with business requirements and technological standards.
Documentation:
- Maintain thorough documentation relating to asset inventory, configuration, procedures, and incident resolution.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Ensure all AV assets comply with company security protocols, privacy requirements, and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with digital signage/AV industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Recommend and help implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Customer Experience
The Customer Experience (CXO) team is DT - US first line of contact with personnel. Providing walk-up support, asset management, PC compliance, and mobile devices support, CXO provides hands-on support to Deloitte employees.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in asset management and digital content management with proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, MS Office Suite, 22 Miles, ServiceNow and Virtual Event Platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.).
- Onsite at Westlake, TX Deloitte office with ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends as needed (e.g. provide after-hours support on a rotational basis with occasional travel required to offices in local geography).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with asset management and digital signage platforms (e.g., 22 Miles Appspace, Scala, BrightSign, Signagelive, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience analyzing AV and signage performance data, generating insights and business-aligned recommendations.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical details into clear information for non-technical stakeholders (both verbally and in writing).
- Practical experience implementing and supporting digital signage content management systems and AV device integrations.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, multi-site enterprise environments.
- Experience with asset management tools within ServiceNow
- Familiar with Vender RMA processes and asset lifecycle management
- Experience generating asset reports for maintenance, utilization and tracking.
