Work You will Do

As an Infrastructure Engineering Analyst at Deloitte, you will launch your consulting journey with immersive training across the pillars of modern IT infrastructure, turning your curiosity and technical skill into real-world systems that power business growth, innovation, and security. From designing and building secure networks and modern data centers, to enabling the adoption of AI or high-performance computing (HPC), you'll gain firsthand experience with the diverse technology foundations essential for digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise: Guide organizations through Data Center and infrastructure transformation journeys, such as adopting AI, deploying high-performance computing (HPC) or edge computing solutions, modernizing legacy environments, or migrating workloads to the cloud.


  • Design and Implement: Architect and implement comprehensive infrastructure solutions-including AI platforms, compute resources, storage, and networking-across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.


  • Automate and Optimize: Implement automation for infrastructure deployment, management, and monitoring using industry-leading tools (such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation), driving efficiency and consistency.


  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams-including data scientists, cloud architects, and application developers-to deliver optimized infrastructure for AI workloads, business-critical applications, and HPC projects.

The Team

Deloitte's infrastructure professionals shape the technical foundation for our clients' most important initiatives, enabling secure, agile operations spanning cloud, modern data centers, HPC, and AI infrastructure. By embedding modern infrastructure expertise into every engagement, our teams help organizations scale digital innovations and put cutting-edge technology to work. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in learning about AI infrastructure and/or high-performance computing concepts
  • Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains: networking, operating systems, virtualization, cloud
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience or exposure to configuration tools (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP/HPE/Dell/Nvidia/VMware consoles or management tools)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree to be completed by Spring/Summer 2026 in a STEM-related discipline
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $95,000.
