Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager for Privileged Access Management (PAM), you will be at the front lines with our clients supporting them with their identity needs specifically helping them address Identity Security. This will include:
- Advise clients on strategy and designing and implementing, migrating, and operating PAM solutions.
- Maintain client relationships by developing a reputation as an independent professional who delivers exceptional results.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on PAM for senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead Identity teams at industry leading clients for deploying and advising PAM services.
- Lead business development activities such as defining scope of services, building resource estimates and related pricing, packaging proposals and supporting the delivery of the proposal to the client for Identity services.
- Lead the overall delivery of multiple PAM projects in a project leader and program manager role, overseeing the activities of onsite and offshore engineers and architects.
- Function as the primary client day to day interface building rapport and trust with the client.
- Review and oversee the generation of all project deliverables such as assessment reports, system designs/ architectures and risk/security recommendations
- Maintain strong domain knowledge.
- Oversee technical support for cyber services and resolve service-related issues through research and troubleshooting and working with vendors.
- Architect, design, and implement large-scale CyberArk deployments/migrations/upgrades with a project team.
- Supporting proof of concept and production deployments of CyberArk with a project team.
- Assisting clients with transitions from on prem PAM solutions to Cloud/SaaS bases solutions like PCloud.
- Implementation of industry leading practices around service accounts and machine identity security for clients.
- Lead teams troubleshooting system level problems in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment.
- Lead teams documenting platform technical issues, analysis, client communication, and resolution as part of cyber risk mitigation steps.
- Provide internal technical training for personnel as needed.
- Support Digital Identity team on client calls as necessary.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the CyberArk Identity Security platform.
- Lead eminence activities, such as whitepapers and POV's pertaining to PAM technologies.
- Lead talent processes in the senior manager role such as for recruiting and coaching of employees in the PAM space.

Required:
- 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, architecting and designing Identity solutions with a strong focus on CyberArk IAM solutions. This should be in leadership roles responsible for project scope, pricing and delivery leading multiple proposals and projects at the same time.
Demonstrated experience in at least one of the areas listed below.
- 6+ years of technical enterprise experience-with CyberArk in implementation and operations. This should include designing and implementing CyberArk for organization.
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience implementing IAM focused security solutions
Additional Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- Limited sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred.
- Strong preference for degree in in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology.
- Certifications such as: CyberArk Trustee, Defender, Sentry, and/or Guardian.
- Knowledge of security and privacy-related industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, CSA CCM) is a plus.
- Experience with engaging C-Level executives and developing cyber risk strategies to address broad security issues.
- Experience with leading multiple distributed teams across different geographies.
- Ability to develop compelling proposals for clients to clearly articulate the need for information security.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,300 - $322,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
