Position Summary

Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients' success. You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into clear analytical questions and technical tasks.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and automated data extraction processes using tools like Python, UiPath, and platform‑specific environments (Advana, Jupyter, SEMOSS).
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products in Tableau, Power BI, or other mission‑approved tools to support operational decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the local analytics lead and broader team to validate requirements, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely, mission‑aligned insights.

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 1+ years' experience with multiple analytics tools such as Advana, Jupiter, UI Path, Tableau, Power BI and SEMOSS (training available if necessary)
• 1+ years' experience automating data extraction through python or UI Path
• 1+ years' experience understanding a business problem and then breaking down the problem to be able to understand what is the question that is being asked/solved, what is the frequency, who are the stakeholders, what are the pieces of data needed, what are the data sources, how to construct a pipeline, etc.
• Ability to work in office/with client 3x per week
• Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
