Position Summary

As a Manager in our Cyber practice, you will deliver Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM application security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions that help clients reduce risk and strengthen controls. You will lead assessments, design role-based access and segregation of duties, implement automated controls, and operationalize Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities to help clients achieve secure, reliable operations across the enterprise.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration.
  • Designing and deploying Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities, including Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, and Financial Reporting Controls.
  • Managing multi-release or multi-country rollouts, coordinating design workshops, and overseeing project scope, budget, resources, and quality.
  • Guiding teams in building reusable accelerators and leveraging technology-enabled methodologies to improve speed and consistency of delivery.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to define security strategy, produce deliverables, and transition solutions to operations.

Includes security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting & Technology, or Business.
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
  • 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led.
  • 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, or Enterprise Performance Management.
  • 3+ years delivering large programs with multiple releases or countries/regions.
  • 3+ years managing teams.
  • 3+ years leading security design workshops.
  • 3 + years configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls).
  • 3+ years managing project budget and resources.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Previous consulting or Big 4 experience
  • One or more certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • 2+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud security concepts across application modules.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud security design and implementation methodology.
  • 2+ years applying segregation of duties frameworks and protecting personally identifiable information.
  • 2+ years with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls).
  • Oracle Risk Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist or Professional certification.
  • 1+ year implementing single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
  • 1+ year working with identity and access management or data protection tools.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
