Position Summary
The Team
Converge Mobility is Deloitte's product engine and storefront for the Auto & Mobility industry, connecting Auto Industry Advantage priorities to the firm's broader Products+ growth strategy. The Converge Mobility portfolio spans a growing suite of IA-aligned products that leverage proprietary data, AI-native decision intelligence, and reusable Converge capabilities to deliver client value. The team works on products across the maturity curve, from early-stage exploration and demo (V0) through accelerator (V1) to scale (V2), but its primary focus is on building mature, licensable, ARR-driving product businesses that can be sold and scaled with minimal customization across auto OEM, dealer, and mobility clients. Ultimately, Converge Mobility brings together the depth of Deloitte's auto-sector expertise and world-class product management / engineering to create a sustainable, profitable product business.
Within Converge Mobility, Seamless CX is one of the portfolio's priority pillars, encompassing products across Commerce, Aftersales, and Remarketing - designed to help auto OEMs, dealers, and mobility providers understand, retain, and grow value from their end customers.
Position Summary
Are you passionate about turning ideas into scalable, profitable product businesses? As the Product Strategy & Management Lead for Seamless CX within Converge Mobility, you'll own both the vision and the day-to-day execution for a portfolio of AI-native products (ex. Residual Value Management, Aftersales Service Intelligence, Customer Segmentation, Mobility Subscription Solution, and Signals/Customer & Marketing) that drive recurring, licensable revenue. You'll set the strategic direction for the Seamless CX suite while also rolling up your sleeves on product management in partnership with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

Work you'll do
As the Product Strategy & Product Manager for Seamless CX, you will split your time between setting direction for the portfolio and driving its day-to-day build and delivery.
Product Strategy:
- Define and evolve the multi-year product vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework for the Seamless CX portfolio, aligned to Auto Industry Advantage priorities and Converge Mobility's ARR goals
- Conduct market, competitive, and client research to identify new Seamless CX opportunities and inform build/buy/partner decisions
- Define pricing, packaging, and commercialization models for Seamless CX products in partnership with the pFDE and Market Maker teams
- Represent Seamless CX products in leadership and governance forums, building the business case for continued investment and prioritization
- Own the Seamless CX performance narrative - tracking adoption, revenue, and margin against targets and adjusting strategy accordingly
Product Management:
- Translate strategy into a prioritized product backlog, writing clear requirements/user stories that engineering teams can build against
- Partner daily with engineering, design, and data teams to plan sprints, unblock delivery, and ship features on schedule
- Define and track product KPIs (adoption, usage, NPS, revenue) and use data to inform iteration and prioritization
- Partner with pFDEs and client-facing teams to gather field feedback and translate client needs into product requirements
- Own go-to-market readiness for new releases, including enablement materials, release notes, and internal training for delivery teams
The successful candidate would possess these skills:
- Comfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, moving fluidly between roadmap conversations and backlog grooming
- Strong communicator able to build a business case for senior stakeholders and translate it into requirements engineering can execute against
- Data-driven decision-maker, comfortable defining and analyzing product metrics to guide prioritization
- Genuine interest in and working knowledge of the auto and mobility sector sufficient to identify credible, high-value product opportunities
- Comfortable working through ambiguous, undefined problems in a fast-moving, product-building environment
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of product management, product strategy, or product marketing experience, including ownership of a product roadmap and revenue/P&L target
- 2+ years of experience within, or building products for, the automotive, mobility, or an adjacent industrial sector
- Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams to ship software products, including writing requirements and managing a product backlog
- Demonstrated experience using data to define and track product KPIs and inform prioritization decisions
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with Deloitte's Converge Mobility portfolio or comparable licensable auto/mobility software products
- Experience defining pricing, packaging, or commercialization models for licensable software products
- Existing relationships with auto OEM, dealer, or mobility client stakeholders
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200-$229,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
