Position Summary
The Team
ConvergeCONSUMER™ is building the Decision-Making Platform for the Modern Consumer Business.
Price & Promotion Optimization is the core Revenue Growth Management engine on that platform, sitting at the heart of enterprise value creation.
Work you'll do
This role owns that engine. This role will define, scale, and commercialize an AI-native pricing and promotion product that encodes cross-functional trade-offs (margin vs. volume, enterprise vs. category, short-term lift vs. long-term price perception) into a unified optimization engine.
Recruiting for this role ends on 04/19/2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for price & promo optimization across Retail, CPG, and Restaurants
- Ensure the product scales from single-category pilots to enterprise-wide RGM deployments
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to advance our patent-pending elasticity modeling and optimization capabilities
- Define how pricing and promotion decisions are logged, evaluated, and continuously improved through feedback loops
- Drive the evolution from scenario-based pricing analysis to recommendation-first execution
- Operate as an AI-native Product Manager, using GenAI agents to compress product cycles (research, prototyping, testing, documentation) and defining agentic decision flows that move users from analysis to action within the Converge platform
- Work with designers and developers to ensure product features are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with the product vision
- Engage with various stakeholders to scope high-level features or user stories to a level of detail needed for engineering team members to execute against (including requirements, mockups, prototypes, etc.).
- Play a key hands-on role in an agile software development lifecycle by writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and running sprint reviews/sprint showcases
- Develop product collateral such as presentations, sales tools, marketing materials, and product demonstrations
- Monitor, analyze, and report on customer/decision-maker/end-user feedback and manage the success and evolution of products in the marketplace
- Provide timely reporting of development activities, product launches/extensions, and ongoing sales, revenue, and profitability performance against defined business targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials
