Position Summary

As a Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation in Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, you will work with CFOs, finance leaders, and technology stakeholders to solve complex challenges across operating model design, finance technology, data, and artificial intelligence. You will help clients modernize finance functions, improve decision-making, and drive business value through strategic transformation.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation on the Finance Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives that help clients improve performance, modernize operations, and strengthen finance's role as a strategic business partner.
- Lead finance strategy and transformation engagements from planning through delivery
- Advise CFOs and finance leaders on operating model design, process improvement, finance technology, data, and artificial intelligence-enabled transformation
- Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and recommendations for transformation, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives
- Build senior client relationships and lead executive workshops, presentations, and stakeholder alignment activities
- Mentor teams, oversee deliverable quality, and support business development and account growth

The team
Our Finance Strategy offering acts as the gateway to the evolving CFO agenda, guiding executive clients in reimagining organizational capabilities through deep finance expertise. From operations to business partnering, we deliver trusted, efficient, and value-centric outcomes for global enterprises. Our services include strategy development, road mapping, strategic PMO, enterprise value creation, and finance automation and innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, including advising CFOs in finance transformation, finance technology, data, artificial intelligence, or operating model design
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ professionals and overseeing 1+ major change initiative from start to finish
- Experience leading 2+ enterprise finance transformation programs and 2+ enterprise implementations in finance technology, architecture strategy, data, or artificial intelligence
- Experience with artificial intelligence-enabled finance processes, including 1+ implementation in at least 2 areas such as machine learning, large language models, robotic process automation, predictive analytics, or finance data visualization
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration
- Experience managing project or resource budgets of $250,000+
- Experience delivering 2+ strategy, transformation, or technology engagements for the Office of the CFO
- Experience leading 2+ programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Experience completing 2+ end-to-end finance process redesigns
- Experience implementing 1+ finance technology or cloud platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or OneStream
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600 to $338,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
