Work You'll Do
- Responsible for performing as information systems security engineer (ISSE)
- Providing operation services to design the security architecture of the platform, scoped applications, and system interfaces, and implement security standards, prepare security accreditation documentation, test security controls, audit security measures and logs, assess risks, review and triage vulnerability findings, debug and test vulnerabilities, troubleshoot complex issues (memory leaks, stack failures), utilize Linux and Windows services, assess and deconflict access control requests, and coordinate actions to obtain accreditation approval.
- Perform, or review, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established IA standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Design, develop, implement and/or integrate IA and security systems and system components including those for networking, computing, and enclave environments to include those with multiple enclaves and with differing data protection levels and classification requirement

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- 5+ years of experience as an ISSE for ServiceNow related jobs
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations
- IA SAE Level II (e.g., CISSP, CASP), and a PMP (or 10 years equivalent experience in lieu of the PMP)
- Experience with the RMF process including obtaining and maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT systems
- Experience with managing systems through the A&A process including development, review and updates of Body of Evidence artifacts in the accreditation package, development of System Security Plan (SSP), Security Test Plan (STP), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA) and Security Controls Traceability Matrix (SCTM)
- Experience managing SPIDs in Xacta
- Experience with ICD 503, CNSSI 1253 and NIST 800-53 security controls
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications
- Extensive experience in security management, preferably with a focus on COMSEC
- Knowledge of cryptography, network security, risk management, and regulatory compliance

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 to $208,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
