Avionics Maintenance Technician | Secret Clearance Required

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Sr. Analyst on the project, you will:
1. Perform data analytics to access fleet health, identify trends, and pinpoint areas of concern related to system performance, maintenance, and software loading events.
2. Collect, process, and analyze operational maintenance data using approved client databases, tools, and software. (OneTouch, Deckplate, JTDI, and NATEC)
3. Develop and deliver technical training to maintenance and operational personnel on topics including system troubleshooting, software loading, crypto payload building/delivery, and best practices for sustainment.
4. Provide platform specific on-site training to squadron maintainers and NFO's, ensuring comprehension of maintenance procedures and sustainment tasks.
5. Collaborate with system engineers, PMA FST personnel, and program logistic teams to ensure training materials align with the latest configuration updates, fielded software baselines, and operational requirements.
6. Collaborate with data scientists to develop new data sets, refine analytic models, and update existing data sources to improve visibility into system readiness and sustainment metrics.
7. Review Technical Directives (TD's), Technical Work around Procedures (TWPs), and technical publications for accuracy, providing recommendations and corrections where applicable, to ensure the highest level of technical integrity.
8. Provide remote troubleshooting support to the fleet, assisting with system diagnostics, fault isolation, software loading, and configuration management.
9. Identify and advise leadership on potential fleet discrepancies, ensuring findings are communicated with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications
Required:
• HS Diploma/GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 4+ years of experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of military avionics and communication systems such as MIDS, Link-16, ARC-210, and similar systems.
Preferred:
• Experience with OneTouch, Deckplate, JTDI and NATEC
• Ability to collaborate with system engineers, data scientists and other key personnel to ensure training materials align with latest updates, and to develop new data sets and refine analytic models
