Deloitte CoRe Knowledge Services is seeking high-performing candidate for the Deloitte Greenhouse Program. By working closely with the Program Manager and the program team, we aim to connect knowledge systems and content to boost efficiency, enhance collaboration, and improve consistency among Deloitte professionals.

Work you'll do

As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain a "healthy knowledge space" by regularly reviewing age, diversity, and usage of existing content and executing action plans to improve user experience
  • Manage intake process for knowledge requests and ensure requests are tracked through completion and partner with stakeholders/customers to execute against agreed priorities
  • Execute page and site builds, launches, and ongoing updates across DNet/KX, ensuring content is published accurately and on time
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed before deliverables are submitted to stakeholders, including validation of links, navigation, formatting, metadata, tagging etc.
  • Run regular audits to identify outdated, duplicate, or low-value content and recommend corrective actions
  • Enhance search optimization to ensure practitioners can easily find relevant content
  • Facilitate the creation and distribution of metrics and analytics dashboards detailing the use and adoption of sites and tools
  • Demonstrate proactive and consistent project management skills to plan, execute, track, and maintain quality control across deliverables
  • Lead a high performing team of Analysts/Senior Analysts and manage day-to-day operations, reporting, coaching, and performance management of the team members.
  • Proactively interact with Stakeholders/customers in managing the project pipeline and volumes
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and make necessary adjustments to deliverables to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience

The team

This team is involved in the processes of maintaining sites, pages that are extensively used by internal practitioners. As content managers, we are responsible for creating٫ improving and maintaining content with the goal of achieving business objectives.

Qualifications Required:

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Content Management platforms such as SharePoint 2010
  • Showcase strong understanding of content management life cycle
  • Strong project management and client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate strong skills in MS Office suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Proactively capable of identifying project issues and risks
  • Has the ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in a precise and effective manner
  • A quick learner with excellent analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and delivers high quality deliverables
  • Drives projects/initiative independently with minimal or no supervision
  • Ability to seamlessly interact with clients, practitioners and related/supporting roles across Geographies (cross culture experience) especially US
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Capacity to adapt to a changing business environment and approaches
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize team workload and respond to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence appropriate outcome

Location: Hyderabad/ Bengaluru

Work timings: 11AM to 8PM
