Overview
CoRe Knowledge Services (KS), part of Deloitte's global shared services organization, serves Deloitte's member firms worldwide.
The individual will support the Businesses & Industries (B&I) and Member Firm Engagement (MFE) and teams through a centralized, One Team approach to reporting and analytics. This role is responsible for owning end-to-end metrics reporting across both teams and serving as the single point of contact for standard and custom reporting needs.
The Member Firm Engagement team strives to establish Knowledge Services across the CoRe and Non-CoRe Member Firms and demonstrate the value of Deloitte's proprietary knowledge platform, Knowledge Exchange (KX), and related offerings globally. The B&I team delivers similar work from a Businesses and Industries perspective. Given the volume and importance of reporting and analytics across both teams, this role will help drive consistency, efficiency, governance, and insight generation for Knowledge Leads and other stakeholders.

The individual in this role will serve as a liaison across all Businesses & Industries (B&I) and Member Firm Engagement (MFE) Knowledge Leads to streamline reporting, improve consistency, and enhance the quality and usability of metrics-based insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all reporting requests (standard and custom) for Businesses & Industries Knowledge Leads and Member Firm Engagement teams.
- Produce recurring reports (e.g., monthly) and ad hoc/custom reports for the Businesses, Industries and Member Firms, translating data into clear insights, inferences, and recommendations in stakeholder-ready summaries.
- Facilitate alignment across Businesses & Industries and Member Firm Knowledge Leads on requirements, and reporting outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a clear intake process, prioritization approach, and turnaround expectations.
- Validate metrics data and partner with the Metrics team to resolve anomalies.
- Reduce manual effort by consolidating duplicated reports, standardizing templates, and improving dashboard/report reusability.
- Document reporting definitions, business rules, and process guidance to improve continuity and reduce dependency on tribal knowledge.
- Support leadership presentations by synthesizing reporting outputs into executive-ready storylines and visuals.
Specific skills:
- Strong metrics reporting and analytics capability, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data review, pivot tables, charts, trend lines, and report building.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau; experience with reporting automation tools is a plus.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, polished, stakeholder-ready presentations and summaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent planning, organization, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and leadership groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation capability.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and operate effectively with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mindset with strong resourcefulness, sound judgment, and professional presence.
- Strategic thinking ability, including connecting dots across the Knowledge Services ecosystem and identifying opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Understanding of knowledge management concepts, adoption techniques, content lifecycles, and success measurement.
- Understanding of knowledge management technologies, including, SharePoint, databases, repositories, and reporting/analytics environments.
- Familiarity with content types such as profiles, qualifications, and documents.
- Ability to solve problems, make informed decisions, and proactively mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Economics, Finance, Library & Information Science
Preferred
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, Knowledge Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in data visualization, reporting, analytics are a plus (for example: Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar).
