Work you'll do
As an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives
- Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy-in for proposed solutions
- Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input
- Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership

The team
Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of consulting experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation, including enterprise-level Palantir experience combining hands-on Foundry architecture, program leadership, responsible AI, team management, and delivery across multiple client sectors.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including designing ontologies and semantic data models, building automated data pipelines, and developing operational applications, workflows, and dashboards.
- 5+ years of experience using Python and several of the following technologies: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Databricks, AWS, Azure Machine Learning, or Amazon SageMaker.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-native and DevOps technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, Git, MLflow, Airflow, and Jupyter.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing robotic process automation or business process management solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, K2, Appian, or Kore.ai.
- 2+ years of experience leading executive-level discussions, providing strategic technology advice, and supporting the sale and solutioning of data and analytics professional services engagements.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Palantir certifications
- Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
- Experience presenting to large/small and technical/non-technical audiences
