The Team
Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of relevant techno-functional analytics consulting experienceproviding data-driven solutions, leveraging Analytics and Business Intelligence for information dissemination
- 3+ years Insurance industry client data analytics project delivery experience
- 3+ years experience withPython and SQL
- 3+ years of hands-on experience withdata core modernization and data ingestion
- 1+ years experience leading workstreams within complex technology engagements with resources in multiple locations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:
- Experience with Cloud using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of emerging technologies (such as GenAI) and advanced data architectures (ie: Multimodal data management & model design, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products, etc.)
- Understanding of the benefits of data warehousing, data architecture, data quality processes, data warehousing design and implementation, table structure, fact and dimension tables, logical and physical database design, data modeling, reporting process metadata, and ETL processes.
- Experience designing and implementing reporting and visualization for unstructured and structured data sets
- Experience designing and developing data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching
- Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technology
- Experience working with multi-Terabyte data sets
- Experience with real-time data movement solutions that use security and encryption protocols while data is in transit
- Experience collaborating among team members across several geographies
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
