Position Summary
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
Support implementation of the multi-domain framework across the military through strategy, policy, and data-driven best practices. The implementation goal of the multi-domain framework is to understand, assess, and maintain a Service member's holistic well-being and their ability to meet mission requirements. The Deloitte team will accelerate full implementation by developing a strategy and guidance for Service operationalization, fulfilling strategic engagements that drive adoption and buy-in, supporting research and coordination for a unified policy, and developing an approach to proliferate data-driven best practices across domains and integrate data and program outcomes. Support the development and alignment of strategy to operationalize the framework by developing standards for readiness-promoting initiatives, setting performance goals, drafting implementation guidance for the Services, and ensuring consistency with agency directives. Contribute to governance and policy processes by conducting policy and stakeholder research, coordinating stakeholder input, and supporting policy coordination. Support the identification of standardized metrics by domain and the development of performance dashboards by collaborating with stakeholders to define key indicators, ensuring alignment with objectives, and assisting in the creation of user-friendly tools for tracking and reporting program outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
- Doctorate degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 10+ years working with data management tools like Qualtrics, SPSS and STATA
Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools and techniques
- Deep, existing client relationships within the Federal Government space
- 10+ years of prior professional services or government consulting experience
- Familiarity with Agile project management principles
