Work you'll do

An Adobe Solution Architect designs, develops, and implements solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud to meet business and technical requirements, focusing on integration and scalability. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, leading the technical design of end-to-end Adobe solutions, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems, and providing expertise across the Adobe product suite. The role also involves staying updated on emerging Adobe technologies, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of Adobe platforms.

  • Solution Design & Development: Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints and strategies for Adobe-based solutions, aligning them with client needs and business goals.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide technical teams through the design, development, and deployment phases of Adobe platform implementations
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Integration Expertise: Design and oversee the integration of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions with other enterprise platforms, data lakes, CRMs, and third-party tools
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in various Adobe products, such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Best Practice & Innovation: Promote best practices in architecture, ensure security and compliance, and identify opportunities to improve and scale existing Adobe Architecture patterns
  • Customer Success Focus: Work to ensure successful customer implementations, adoption, and ongoing use of Adobe solutions by providing guidance and support.
  • Engaging in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.
  • Proposing designed solutions to client technical and business teams.
  • Providing technical oversight of technical team members.

The Team

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of architecting and implementing data marketing solutions
  • 5+ years of hands on experience with two or more marketing data technologies (DMP, MDM, CDP, CRM, EDW)
  • 5+ years leading, capturing, documenting, relating and explaining business and technical requirements including conceptual and logical data models
  • 5+ years working directly with various Martech/Adtech tools (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google, Facebook, and similar) and how to integrate technologies into data management solutions
  • 5+ years working with one or more public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) including developing solution designs that are built around these functional technologies areas: cloud compute, data storage, pub/sub, and workflow orchestration
  • 3+ years working with customer data and how to define uses for this data to enable business goals
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Understanding and experience with ETL tools and methodologies (Informatica, Talend, Spark, AWS Glue, GCP Cloud DataprepAzure Data Factory, and similar)
  • Understanding of data integration and API methodologies and tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Custom API, Segment, Tealium, Airflow, and similar)
  • In-depth understanding of modern data management platforms including data lakes, big data engines (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Hadoop) along with Relational,-No-SQL, and Graph data engines (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, , Neo4j and similar)
  • Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, and similar)
  • Understanding of advanced analyticsmachine learning concepts\use cases and how to apply this technology to customer experience & marketing solutions (predictive modeling, recommendation personalization, channel optimization)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex technology concepts with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Understanding of security leading practices and requirements

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,000 to $307,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
