Associate Product Manager

Our amazing Product Team is growing and looking to add an Associate Product Manager tasked with conceptualizing, designing and optimizing the B2B and B2C experience.

Our ideal team member has experience with testing and analytics, and will help to define both the longer-term roadmap while supporting day-to-day execution of our A/B testing efforts in order to drive positive KPI growth. This person gets excited about things like understanding and analyzing user behavior, defining and prioritizing the backlog, and following features through the product development cycle! The Associate Product Manager will report to one of our senior Product Owners.

Essential Functions
Partner with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Sales to deliver the best product for our customers, clients, and internal teams while ensuring the product roadmap aligns with strategic business goals.
Glean insights about our users and sellers from qualitative and quantitative research which will inform future product decisions.
Work with engineers to identify the optimal solutions to meet current and future strategic needs while keeping data vision roadmaps in mind.
Develop and execute A/B tests on the site in conjunction with the Web Product Owner, engineers, and analytics team.
Identify testing opportunities using test results analysis and other data touchpoints (user experience, analytics reporting, behavioral tools, etc.) then drive stakeholders to ideate about product opportunities and future test plans.
Define KPIs and metrics for tests as well as developing performance analysis that drives action. Ensure test results drive future optimization ideas.
Provide recurring performance reporting and postmortem test analysis to executives and stakeholders on a timely basis. Drive action, as needed, based on test results and that are aligned with the business mission.
Size and scope testing opportunities, which should include a business case, an execution plan, and stakeholder buy-in.

Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of product management experience or a relevant strategic role.
Solid understanding of how to grow products and experience running A/B tests.
Relevant experience working with web analytics, personalization and testing tools: Experience with at least one web analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) and one testing tool (Target, Optimizely, or similar) required.
Solid understanding of human centered design thinking.
Hands on experience with data a significant plus.
Servant Leadership mentality who enjoys working cross-functionally across teams and departments.
Experience performing user research, market/competitive research, and soliciting customer feedback.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a curious nature.
