The Senior Manager of data, analysis and reporting transformation will support the implementation of business operations reports in the Anaplan and Snaplogics system using process improvement and change management methodologies. This will require working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Implementations may include:
- Partnering with teams across the organization to deploy new models or data automations
- Exercising strong project management skills to meet deadlines and stay within scope
- Adhering to and evolving a standard practice for building processes
- Overseeing the communications and training creation for the end user experience
- The Senir Manager will directly lead a team of technical report creators and is expected to effectively manage their individual work streams and support in their professional development

Coaches and develops team in technical and soft skills, including system administrators on partner teams
Demonstrates ability to use relationship building and communication skills to clearly articulate objectives and influence others
Develops and executes change management strategies and tactical plans to help individuals adopt change and modify behavior consistent with intent of new reports
Designs training processes to reinforce Anaplan / Snaplogic product and reporting effectiveness
Recognizes, documents and shares best demonstrated practices across the team and partner teams
Other duties as assigned.

The Salary Range for the role is $82,800.00 - $121,600.00 per year.
